Sharing inter-company goals carries significant importance, ranging from enhancing collaboration and optimizing resources to generating long-term value and fostering unity within the corporation.

Sharing corporate-level goals​

Step 1: Select the goal​

Identify the priority goals that the company needs to share. In the case of sharing corporate-level priority goals, select the "Leadership team".

Step 2: Share the goals​

Once you have established the priority goals for your business and identified which goals should be shared for joint implementation, proceed to share these goals as follows:

  • Choose the goals to be shared with other companies for collaborative execution.
  • In the goal editing interface, select "Share with a group". Make sure to choose the appropriate company to share with.

  • Select the relevant groups one by one to work together towards the goals.

  • After entering all the groups that need to be shared with the goals, click the "Save" button.
