Create Child Goals

Overview​

Child goals are implemented to support the achievement of a larger, higher-level goal.

Child Goals can be applied in the "task assignment" process from Supervisors to their direct Subordinates.

How to implement:

  • Step 1: From the Goal Page of your Team, open the Goal that needs to be supported.

  • Step 2: Click "Supported by Goals" to see all Child Goals.

  • Step 3: Click "Create Child Goal" and start establishing a child goal for your "bigger" goal.

All set up data is the same as when you create any goal.

You can view in the set up page what goal your are supporting.

There is a quicker way: You can click "Create Child Goal" right from out side the Goal list view. After that, a similar set up windown will appear.

By following the steps above, you are now able to call for support from your colleages and/or other departments.
