Differentiate Meetings
The weekly meeting is the "heart of the organization." Organizing weekly meetings helps us review the business activities of the past week and closely monitor the organization's business processes. After conducting weekly meetings for 13 weeks, we move on to the quarterly meeting to establish and develop long-term goals and plans for the organization. After three quarterly meetings, we reach the annual meeting. This is a crucial meeting where we, together with the team, reflect on the achievements of the past year and set business plans for the upcoming year.

Meeting Support
Meeting Suggestions
When we take on the role of Meeting Facilitator or Meeting Secretary, we may sometimes struggle to lead the meeting or feel unsure about what to say or do. In such cases, you can use the "Show Meeting Tips" feature by:
- Activating the "Show Meeting Tips" feature in the top left corner of the meeting screen.
Pausing and Leaving the Meeting
During the meeting, there may be times when you need the team to discuss together, which can affect the meeting duration. In such cases, you can use the Pause feature by:
- Selecting the "Pause" icon on the meeting time bar to pause the meeting.
Note: This feature allows you to set the pause time according to your needs.
If unexpected and urgent matters arise during the meeting, you can use the "Pause and Leave Meeting" feature.
- Click on the "Pause and Leave Meeting" feature in the top left corner of the meeting screen.
Note: After pausing and leaving the meeting, your meeting is not yet concluded and is saved under the "Meeting" feature.
Storing Meeting Content
After reaching the final part of any meeting on Simplamo, pay attention to the bottom of the computer screen, where there are two functional boxes indicating the following questions:
Automatically store actions, feedback, and completed issues?
Do you want to send a summary email?
Note: By default, the system will be pre-selected. However, if this feature is not necessary for your organization, you can turn it off.
That's the end of our discussion on organizing meetings on Simplamo. Stay on top of the meeting rhythm to maintain a balanced state for the organization.
