I. Overview

Great organizations minimizes the length of meetings while maximizing meeting productivity. The Weekly Meeting is simply having the right timing, with a consistent agenda to achieve 4 things:

  • Ensuring all goals/objectives are being tracked.
  • Maintaining a strong connection with the team.
  • Hold each other accountable
  • Addressing issues.

There are 3 regular meetings aligned with business cycle that all organizations are encouraged to maintain.

1. Weekly Meeting - 90 minutes

  • Achieve Metrics & all objectives are on track.
  • Customer & Employee satisfaction
  • Address short-term issue

2. Quarterly Meeting - 1 day

  • Review Vision and Prior Quarter Objectives
  • Set Priorities for the New Quarter
  • Address long-term issue

3. Annual Meeting - 2 day

  • Review Vision and Previous Year's Plan
  • Conduct S.W.O.T Analysis
  • Address long-term issue
