Share Metrics with team(s)

Sharing metrics Measurable with other teams is important for communication, motivation, coordination, and support, as well as building trust and transparency within an organization. This helps teams understand performance and progress while enhancing the ability to achieve better results and overall goals.

How to practice

Step 1: Select the Target

Choose the team or group with whom you want to share the metrics Measurable. If sharing the metrics at a Company level to department levels, select the "Leadership team"

Step 2: Share the Measurable

Once you have set up the weekly metrics for your business and identified which Measurable needs to be tracked by other departments, follow these steps to share the Measurable:

  • Select the Measurable you want to share with other departments for tracking.
  • In the Measurable editing interface, choose "Share with team"
  • Select the specific groups that need to track the Measurable.

  • After entering all the groups that need to share the Measurable for tracking, click "Save"

Example

For the "Revenue" index, in addition to the Sales department, it is the Leadership Team. For the board of department, this is an important Measurable that needs to be monitored weekly to ensure the business is stable.
