Clone Metric

Cloning metric is an essential process in evaluating and monitoring the performance and status of an organization. Importantly, cloning metric provides flexibility and convenience in adjusting aggregated metric according to specific goals and requirements. Through this process, we can achieve a comprehensive assessment and obtain official information for decision-making.

How to clone Metric

Step 1: Select the item

Choose the metric to be cloned in the Metrics, and in the case of cloning the Metrics at the Company level, select "Leadership team". Then click on the "Metrics" button.

Step 2: Clone the metric

Select the "Metric" that needs to be cloned. Each cloned metric is completely independent and separate.

• In the top left corner of the screen, choose "Clone Metric".

• Enter all the necessary information in the duplication interface:

  • The "Title" of the cloned metric.
  • Update the "Goals" of the cloned metric according to the business objectives.
  • "Should this metric be cloned to which group?" or should it remain in the current group?
  • "Who is the owner of this cloned metric*?*" Select the accountable owner.

• Update the data for the cloned metric.

  • Here, you will have two options:

    1. Keep the current data for the cloned metric(Retain the data you have entered for the previous period).
    2. Reset the data for the cloned metric(Upon completion of duplication, the measurable will be updated with new data).

  • If you want to clone "Smart Measurable" or "Target", you can simply click on the checkbox in the cloning screen.

• Finally, click on the "Clone Metrics" button to complete the process.

Note: After cloning the measurable, you can adjust the information fields of this measurable if needed

By following these steps, you have completed the process of cloning measurable. Monitor the actual data for the Metrics weekly during your weekly meetings to control the business pace of the organization.
