Email Notifications
Managing email notifications on the system plays an important role in organizing, time management, collaboration, security, and analyzing communication information through email.
How to Manage Notifications
Step 1: In the Simplamo interface, at the top left corner of the screen, select the "Settings" feature.
Step 2: Proceed to select the "Company Settings" page, and click on "Email Notifications".
Step 3: Here, you can customize notifications based on the organization's needs.
- Meeting minutes
- Reminder for upcoming tasks
- Reminder for overdue tasks
- Data review before the end of the quarter
- Data update before the meeting (New)
- Progress report (New)
Note:
- These operations can only be applied by accounts with "Administrator" privileges.
- You can view detailed descriptions of each notification type by clicking on the "?" icon.
- For the Data Update before the meeting and Progress Report notifications, you can adjust the notification time according to your preference.
