Email Notifications

Managing email notifications on the system plays an important role in organizing, time management, collaboration, security, and analyzing communication information through email.

How to Manage Notifications

Step 1: In the Simplamo interface, at the top left corner of the screen, select the "Settings" feature.

Step 2: Proceed to select the "Company Settings" page, and click on "Email Notifications".

Step 3: Here, you can customize notifications based on the organization's needs.

  • Meeting minutes
  • Reminder for upcoming tasks
  • Reminder for overdue tasks
  • Data review before the end of the quarter
  • Data update before the meeting (New)
  • Progress report (New)

Note:

  • These operations can only be applied by accounts with "Administrator" privileges.
  • You can view detailed descriptions of each notification type by clicking on the "?" icon.
  • For the Data Update before the meeting and Progress Report notifications, you can adjust the notification time according to your preference.
