Companies Management

Company management is crucial for organizing, operating, and developing a company in an efficient and sustainable manner. This feature plays an important role in enhancing productivity, optimizing resource utilization, and achieving the company's goals.

Adding a New Company​

To set up a new company on Simplamo, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the "Settings" button on the system interface.

Step 2: On the settings interface page, select the "Company" page, and then click on the "Create Company" button.

Step 3: Fill in all the required fields as requested by the system: Company Name, Logo Type, etc.

Note:

  • Fields marked with "*" must be filled in.
  • When creating a new company, you can choose to "Share Vision" so that the entire team can see the company's vision board on the system. If you need to maintain privacy for the vision board, you can disable this feature.

Editing Company Information​

When you need to edit company information, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the "Settings" button on the system interface.

Step 2: On the settings interface page, select the "Company" page. Identify the company that needs to be updated.

Step 3: Here, you can update fields such as:

  • Company Name
  • Company Logo

Additionally, at this step, you can also "Clone Company".

Deleting a Company​

When you need to delete a company, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the "Settings" button on the system interface.

Step 2: On the settings interface page, select the "Company" page. Identify the company that needs to be deleted.

Note: When deleting a company, all the data within it will be "Deleted". Therefore, before deleting a company, you need to coordinate with the leadership and members within the organization.
