Managing core processes is of significant importance in enhancing the efficiency, quality, and competitiveness of an organization. It helps optimize processes, ensure product/service quality, increase adaptability and flexibility, while creating consistency in the organization's activities. Managing core processes is a crucial part of building and maintaining an efficient and successful organization.

To proceed with building a set of core processes for your organization, you need to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Identify the processes that need to be packaged into core processes (e.g., Sales process, Marketing process, etc.).

Step 2: Once you have identified the processes to be packaged, proceed to input them into Simplamo. On the user interface, select the "Process" feature.

Step 3: Next, choose the "Create Core Process" feature and provide the necessary information:

  • Name of the created core process.
  • Which company are you creating this process for?

To manage core processes for your organization, follow the steps below:

Step 1: On the user interface, select the "Process" feature from the left toolbar.

Step 2: Here, the system will provide default core processes such as:

  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Operations
  • Accounting
  • Customer Retention
  • HR

However, you can entirely modify this structure or add additional processes that are suitable for your organization.
