Publish Organization Chart

Publishing the organizational chart is of significant importance in conveying information, promoting transparency and clarity, increasing work efficiency, providing direction for development and advancement, and supporting management and leadership within an organization.

Publish the Organization Chart

To publish the organizational chart, follow these steps:

Step 1: On the left-hand toolbar, select the "Organization Chart" feature.

Step 2: In the Organization Chart interface, click on the "Publish" button.

Step 3: Proceed to name the version and provide a description to help everyone in the organization understand the purpose of this update.

Note: When publish the Organization Chart, please name it following the structure "OC + year ..." for easy version management.

Version History

In the Organization Chart interface, pay attention to the horizontal toolbar and select the "Filter" icon. Here, you can manage all versions of the chart.
