Adding Accounts After Purchasing

Depending on the status of your current plan, the system will redirect newly created accounts differently:

Status	Monthly Plan	Annual Plan
You have empty slots	Newly created accounts are included in the current monthly plan.	Newly created accounts are automatically added to the annual plan.
There are no empty slots	New accounts will be charged in the next payment cycle.	Newly created accounts are temporarily moved to a monthly plan.

If you have accounts on a temporary monthly plan, please view the list of these accounts on the Billing page and convert them to the annual plan so they can operate within the system.

If your annual plan has no remaining slots, you will receive a notification inviting you to purchase additional user slots to continue.
